Jones Second Chance Housing
Service Providers
Jones Community Development Foundation (JCDF) collaborates with service providers, referral partners, and community organizations to support individuals seeking housing stability and long-term independence. While JCDF provides program support, referrals, and access to wraparound services, housing programs are owned and operated by Jones Property Company.
We believe strong partnerships are essential to creating sustainable outcomes. This page is designed for organizations and professionals interested in referring clients, collaborating on services, or providing supportive resources to individuals participating in active housing programs.
Jones Second Chance Housing provides safe, supportive transitional and independent housing for men as they move toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
