Founded in 2024 by Necia Jones, building on the Jones family’s legacy in real estate and property development.

The Jones Community Development Foundation (JCDF) is dedicated to revitalizing and empowering underserved communities through affordable housing development, economic growth initiatives, and community engagement programs. Our mission is to create sustainable, thriving communities where every resident has access to safe housing, economic opportunities, and essential services.
