Men’s Independent Housing

(Coming January 2026 - Elkton, MD)

Jones Second Chance Housing is a transitional housing program operated by Jones Property Company in partnership with our nonprofit, the Jones Community Development Foundation — a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating pathways for stability, reentry, and community empowerment. 

Jones Community Development Foundation (JCDF) is proud to serve men from all walks of life through our expanded Men’s Independent Housing Program.

Launching in January 2026, this program will provide safe, fully furnished shared housing in Elkton, MD. This initiative provides safe, stable, and supportive housing for:

  • Veterans

  • Seniors

  • Adults in transition

  • Adults facing challenges

    (recovery, mental health needs, income loss, and more)

  • Reentry/Parolees

  • Displaced men

We are currently accepting applications and referrals for pre-screening and intake.
