Jones Second Chance Housing is a transitional housing program operated by Jones Property Company in partnership with our nonprofit, the Jones Community Development Foundation — a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating pathways for stability, reentry, and community empowerment.
Launching in January 2026, this program will provide safe, fully furnished shared housing in Wilmington, Delaware, specifically for men transitioning from incarceration. Our goal is to support each resident’s journey toward independence while reducing recidivism and promoting long-term success.
